Your couples already have a venue. What they usually don't have is one place where the bridal party, groomsmen, parents and out-of-town family can all stay together in real comfort. Lo Family Estate is a private, fully appointed ~5,050 sq ft residence on five wooded acres in Mohnton, sleeping up to 16 (20 with our flex room), with a heated saltwater pool, spa, lit patio and outdoor kitchen. It's the kind of house a wedding party remembers. We're lodging only — we don't host weddings, receptions or events, so the only thing we ever do with your couples is send them back to you.

Where it sits
Mohnton is on the south side of Reading, off Route 222 and Route 10. Reading and Adamstown venues are typically a 15–20 minute drive; Lancaster County venues are 35–60 minutes. A single shuttle van run moves the whole party to and from your venue.
What a wedding party pays today
Most parties of 16 end up in a hotel block: eight rooms across the Wyomissing or Lancaster hotel corridor, spread over floors, with no shared space and a restaurant reservation for anything that involves the whole group.

Hotel figures reflect typical area rates on wedding-season weekends before tax. Estate figures are nightly base rates before cleaning fee and applicable Pennsylvania occupancy tax.
Other whole-house options nearby
Large-group rentals in the Reading and Adamstown area are scarce. Most short-term rentals nearby are one to four bedrooms; the few homes with a pool top out around eight to ten guests, so a full wedding party would need two properties. The larger group properties in the region are rustic lodges or camps, or sit 45 minutes or more away in Lancaster County. Lo Family Estate is the only whole-house rental in the corridor we're aware of that combines six bedrooms, a private heated pool and spa, and a private five-acre setting.

Date hold
Once a couple signs with you, we hold their wedding weekend for 14 days at no charge while they decide.
Referral thank-you
If you prefer, we send your venue $100 for every completed booking that comes through your referral, paid after checkout.

A one-page flyer, photo set and current availability calendar for your sales team to share with couples, refreshed each season.
The short version for your couples: the whole wedding party stays together in a private estate a short drive from the venue, for less per guest than a hotel block, with a pool, a kitchen and room to breathe. Come see it — we'd be glad to walk your team through the house and grounds. Walkthroughs are available from October 1, 2026.
